Digital delivery / 数字交付
Private delivery, traceable status.
QR codes, SM-DP+ information, activation codes and installation instructions are unique digital delivery items and should be kept private.
Preferred delivery
Order detail / My eSIM area after payment. If technical delivery is not yet connected, official customer-service delivery may be used after verifying the order. Email delivery should use the address confirmed by the user.
Records to keep
Order number, payment time, eSIM/QR generation time, delivery time/channel, first-access status and after-sales status. Do not collect unrelated photo-library or device data.
Current deployment: automatic delivery is not yet connected. After payment + supplier API integration, the site can move to automatic issuance. Until then, any public delivery promise should match the actual manual processing capacity rather than claiming 1–3 minute automatic delivery.
