Add data to the original eSIM.
For eligible profiles, the add-on data plan is applied to the installed eSIM. The customer does not install a new QR code.
Eligible total-data eSIM
Keep the eSIM installed.
1Open My eSIM / enter the original order.
2Choose an eligible add-on plan for the same area/profile.
3Pay for the add-on.
4The supplier Top-up operation applies the plan to the original eSIM and generally takes effect shortly after confirmation.
Important
Do not delete the eSIM.
×Do not delete the installed profile before top-up.
×Do not rescan the old QR.
×Do not assume every plan is top-up eligible. Day Pass products should be treated separately.
