Refunds depend on delivery, activation and fault.
Digital eSIM products become harder to reverse once unique installation information is delivered or used.
Full cancellation / refund examples
- Payment succeeded but the eSIM has not been generated or delivered.
- Duplicate charge.
- Wrong destination, plan or quantity delivered by Linko.
- Verified inability to install/activate not caused by the user's device, settings or location.
- Linko cannot deliver within the promised processing window and the customer rejects delay/substitution.
Replacement first
Where an unused eSIM fails because of supplier generation, QR damage or upstream service issues, Linko may offer an equivalent or better replacement. A reasonable refusal can be handled according to actual performance and applicable law.
No-cause refund usually unavailable
Generally after valid installation information is delivered, QR scan, installation, activation, data usage, user-deleted eSIM, repeated scan, incompatible/locked device, wrong destination/duration purchased, or other user-side operation—subject to applicable law and actual product fault.
Partial refund
If a plan was partly used but a continuing verified defect exists, a partial remedy may consider unused value, fault duration, supplier findings and benefit already received; it is not automatically calculated only by remaining data.
Evidence & time
Support may request order number, device/OS, location, settings/status and necessary screenshots. Complete requests should be acknowledged promptly; complex upstream cases may require additional verification. Approved refunds return through the original payment method where possible.
