This page mirrors the App-style order status logic. Live order records require the backend/payment connection.
Pending paymentOrder created but payment is not confirmed.
Paid · ProcessingPayment confirmed; product availability / supplier order is being processed.
DeliveredQR/manual installation details are available in the private order/eSIM area or official delivery channel.
InstalledCustomer has installed or scanned the eSIM. Refund assessment changes once irreversible delivery/use occurs.
ActivePlan is active / data usage can occur.
Top-upAn eligible add-on data plan has been applied to the original eSIM.
Refund / ClosedCancellation, replacement, partial refund or full refund recorded with evidence and original-payment reconciliation.
